This course is aimed at staff, trustees and volunteers who are new to or have minimal experience using IT and spreadsheets.

The course will enable participants to:

  • Develop skills in the use fo computer keyboards
  • Develop the ability to produce simple documents
  • Use headers and footers
  • Understand formatting
  • Set up a computerised file management system
